Request a quoteTender reviews, capability statements, policies and prequalification support are quoted separately or added to a package. Supporting documents include case studies, CVs, org charts and similar. Scope, availability, turnaround and final payable price are confirmed before work starts. You provide technical input, business evidence and pricing, and approve the final response. GST treatment will be confirmed with your quote.
Every tender is different, but a complete submission usually follows a structure like this. The outline shows the kind of work involved. It isn't taken from a client's submission.
Response to request for tender
The request for tender, any addenda and the closing date.
I read the requirements, flag anything that could rule you out and confirm the scope, fee and timeline.
You get a clear list of what I need from you and agreed review dates.
I write and organise the response. You review it, add technical detail and confirm pricing.
A last compliance check and the files prepared. You lodge it, or I can submit it for you through the portal.
You don't need all of these to get started. The more you can share, the faster and stronger the response. If something's missing, I can help you create it.
A basic tender is $1,500 AUD and a complex tender is $2,500 AUD. Larger tenders are quoted once I've seen the documents. Scope and the final fee are confirmed before any work starts.
Ideally more than a week before the closing date. That leaves time to read the documents properly, gather the information I need from you and give you time to review the draft before it's lodged. If your deadline is closer than that, get in touch anyway. I'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
No one can honestly guarantee a tender result. Most tenders are scored against weighted evaluation criteria, such as price, experience, methodology and capacity, and the outcome also depends on the other submissions and the buyer's priorities. What I can do is make sure your response is complete and compliant, answers every criterion and puts the most effort into the ones that carry the most weight.
Whatever suits you. You can lodge the final response yourself, or share your tender portal login with me and I'll upload and submit it on your behalf once you've approved the final response and pricing. Either way, I'll check every required document is included before it goes in.
Trade and service businesses are my focus, but I'm happy to talk with any small or growing business that needs tender support.
Yes, always. Your tender documents, pricing and business information are treated as strictly confidential. They're only used to prepare your work and are never shared with anyone else, including other clients. Files are stored securely, and any portal logins you share are used only for your submission. If you'd like a confidentiality agreement in place before you send anything, I'm happy to sign one.
